Where do you ship to?

We currently ship across India. Stay tuned — international shipping is coming soon!

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.

Do you offer free shipping?

We occasionally run free shipping promotions — follow us on our socials and keep an eye on the store for announcements!

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Custom or printed items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Can I exchange for a different size or color?

Yes! Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

👕 Sizing & Products

How do your T-shirts fit?

Our tees are designed with an oversized, drop-shoulder fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down. Check the size guide on each product page for measurements.

Are the mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes! Our ceramic mugs are both microwave and dishwasher safe. For best results, we recommend hand washing to preserve the print longer.

Will the print fade or crack?

Our T-shirts use high-quality DTG printing that's built to last. Wash inside-out in cold water and avoid ironing directly on the print to keep it looking fresh.

🛒 Orders & Payments

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in production or dispatch. Contact us ASAP if you need changes.
